What is Peejfashion.com's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by sending us an email at sales.peejfashion@gmail.com .

But if the product is Processed or Shipped then the order cannot be cancelled.

You can check the processing details in your account at PeejFashion.com

 

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have Shipped it, by sending us an email at sales.peejfashion@gmail.com .

Also you need to change the address by login in your peejfashion.com account.

How can I pay for my order at Peejfashion.com?

We support the following payment options at Peejfashion.com:

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

 

I am being charged a VAT amount on my order. What is VAT?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system which is levied, based on consumption, by state governments. VAT will have to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product.

 

How is the VAT amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not an additional VAT will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

1.             VAT applicability: For a product, if the total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then VAT maybe collected from customer.

2.     VAT amount: If applicable, the amount of VAT collected from customer depends on category:

-     Apparel/Clothing: Max 5% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by Peej Fashion.

-     Footwear: Max 12% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by Peej Fashion.

-     Other Categories: Customer doesn't need to pay any VAT.

 

If I return the purchased product will the VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your account.

 

If I cancel my order will the VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you cancel the order, the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your account.

How do I return/exchange my order?

You can return or exchange products in your order simply by following the Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Can I cancel an order after shipping?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it. We will refund the full amount to your account excluding shipping charges and VAT.

 

My payment failed while making a purchase. What should I do?

Is cash on delivery option available?

Cash on Delivery option is not available right now as our courier partners do not support COD service. But we are doing our best to make the option available as soon as possible for our customer’s convenience.

 

How do I get cash refund?

If you choose to cancel your order and want a refund then please send us an email with the following details from your registered email address to sales.peejfashion@gmail.com

-       Order ID

-       Account Holder's Name

-       Account Type (Savings/Current)

-       Bank Account Number

-       Branch Name- IFSC Code

 

How do I determine the correct size for me?

The Size Chart for the product helps you to decide which size fits you the best.

Almost all our products can be altered at the customer’s end, as sufficient amount of margins are provided inside the garments to make alterations if required.

 

What can I do if the product is not available in my size?

Please note that sometimes we may not be able to procure the item in your size. In such cases you will not be able to serve you.

 

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We deliver orders within 7-15 days from the order date. The estimated arrival time is 25 to 30 days.

 

How are orders on Peejfashion.com delivered to me?

All orders placed on Peejfashion.com are dispatched through Trackon Couriers.

 

Does Peejfashion.com deliver products outside India?

Yes. International courier charges only Rs.500

Can I use Peejfashion.com to send gifts to others?

Yes, you can use Peejfashion.com to send gifts to others. For an additional charge of Rs. 25, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag.
